We were founded in 2020 and
our company is establishing a superhero themed escape room game
2.Human Resource Process
We wiil recruit employees with building design knowledge ,art majors , former comic book workers and former escape room staff ,and they are need to interested in superhero comic books.
we also will pay higher salaries and have many comic activities every year,which will be very interesting.
we also conduct monthly assessments to maintain employees motivation and high quality
we motivate employees with the goal of promoting superhero comics ,and of course ,therr will also be rewards and punishments

We will play the role of superheroes and encourage disabled children to donate to charitable organizations adn also allow some poor chilren to play the game for free.
